Customer overview and management
Sales pipeline is a widget that helps your clients visualize and manage opportunities at a glance.
Customer profile provides an overview of notes, tasks and activity so clients can prioritize workload for each customer and stay organized.
Task management creates tasks related to customers or leads, allowing clients to filter and sort by due date to easily find what they’re looking for.
Lead management
Lead management gives clients a clear view of lead insights throughout the full sales life cycle.
Work requests let clients know if customers would like to work with them again in the future and automatically turns that information into a job request on the Leads table. It also allows customers to make referrals.
Reputation management
The survey tool allows clients to send surveys to their customers so they can collect customer feedback, gather reviews, and get referrals.
Referrals collect and track new leads for potential work opportunities.
Customer reviews from completed surveys will automatically be populated in your clients’ Review tab.
Contracts make it easy to upload and send contracts for fast, secure e-signature.
