Hi there,

It's vital you're able to use the app without getting an error message.  I'll be happy to share more info on this so you can get back on track with doing what you enjoy.

First, I'd like for you to do some troubleshooting on your end. When was the last time you reset the app data? Resetting your app data is an important step in keeping your application clear and free of bugs or latency issues. Resetting the app data typically resolves error messages. To reset the app data, click the Help menu > Reset App Data.

Give this a try and let me know how you make out. I'll be on standby. :)

Thanks, I reset the App Data. I have not had the Unexpected JSON token error yet since the reset. It is too soon to tell if it is gone, but I will keep watching it.
I still get the Shoes Untied ERROR on the Dashboard and Banking Page with:

Something’s not quite right
An unexpected error occurred while accessing or saving your data. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer support.

I see what you're saying. Since you're still getting some of the errors. I suggest uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again. You can re-download the app using this link https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/. I recommend you give this a try and let me know what happens.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and still get the same errors. Our shoes came Untied on the dashboard. Try clicking something such as receive payment and get error loading transaction, please try again later. I click refresh, it still does not work. I click refresh several times more and then it randomly works again for a little while. Then the cycle repeats.
