Hello,

Thank you for reaching out with your question. It sounds like you're encountering an issue with your accountant not being able to view your statement history in QuickBooks. This can be a frustrating situation, but I'm here to help.

The error message you're seeing, "Your statements haven't come in yet, but we are working on it," usually indicates a syncing or connection problem between QuickBooks and your bank or financial institution. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:

  1. Refresh the Connection: Sometimes, the connection between QuickBooks and your bank needs to be refreshed. You can try reconnecting your bank account to QuickBooks. Go to the Banking or Transactions section in QuickBooks, find your bank account, and look for an option to reconnect or refresh the connection.

  2. Update the Account: Make sure that the bank account you're trying to access in QuickBooks is the correct account and that it's properly linked to your accountant's access. Double-check the account details and permissions.

  3. Check for Bank Notifications: Log in to your bank's online portal and check for any notifications or messages related to account access or syncing issues. There might be a problem on the bank's end that needs to be resolved.

  4. Contact QuickBooks Support: If the issue persists, reach out to QuickBooks customer support. They have dedicated teams to assist with technical issues and can guide you through troubleshooting steps specific to your situation.

  5. Consider Alternative Methods: While working to resolve this, you and your accountant might consider using alternative methods to share financial information temporarily, such as exporting statements manually from your bank's website and sharing them with your accountant.

Remember, each situation can be unique, and the steps to resolve the issue may vary. It's always a good idea to work closely with QuickBooks support or your accountant to ensure a smooth resolution.

I hope this information helps you get closer to resolving the problem. Please let me know if you have any further questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with!

Best regards.
