Hello,
Giving your bookkeeper and accountant access to your QuickBooks Online account will be really helpful. They'll help you keep your books in order.
You can absolutely add both users. There's two ways you can do this.
Option 1: Add the accountant through the "My Accountant" tab
- Click the My Accountant tab on the left navigation menu
- Enter your accountant's email address
- Select Invite

Option 2: Add a bookkeeper using the "Manage Users" tool
- Click the Gear icon
- Select Manage Users
- Click Add user
