We have requested cancellation of subscription as soon as possible. Why did u charge us again for a non-usage of intuit quickbooks? why are you telling us that you will schedule the cancellation just today? that is crazy? why are you getting our money even though we have requested for a refund and requested for cancellation.
Hello there, Joshua. We understand your frustration and want to ensure your account is handled correctly. While cancellations take effect at the end of your paid period, please note that if the request was made mid-cycle, a final charge can still be processed before the subscription fully closes.
