Complaint department about price increase of subscription

How can you justify a 33% increase in the subscription??  That is over and beyond the average.  I don't use the extra, new features.  They are of no use to me.  I can't even put the part number on the P.O.   Now I have to go incognito to loggin because of the changes you made.  what a time consuming issue.  and you wnat more than 33% money it says you have 7million users so do the math 60-90.4=$30.00  * 7million it doesn't comprehend how much money that is.  in the 10's of billions  scary

It's important you know that we don't take price increases lightly. The price change allows us to invest more into more features and tools that help you streamline your work. In the meantime, feel free to ask other questions. I'm here to make sure your voice is heard and that you get the support you deserve as a loyal customer.

Just added another price increase for May 2025.  Obviously they need more competition so these price gouges can stop.  I have to pay a stupid $7.00 for EVERY employee's cheques per month.  Seems like they're trying to force us to the online version....  If it was easy to switch to a different program, I'd tell Intuit to go pound sand.  Pretty disgusting.

If it was easy to switch to a different program

Are there any specific concerns that are making you reluctant to switch to another program?

Complaint department about price increase of subscription

This week we received the notice for another Price Increase.  It seems like the more they charge, the service levels go down.  Currently we need to manually put in bank transactions, on top of everything else.  I read in one of the other posts that they need the fee increase to "improve the software ecosystem".  Well, if they can't do the basics like download from the banks, my guess is that there is lots of room for improvement.  We are using the on-line version and don't use most of the "features".   An Excel spreadsheet would be more useful and less frustrating.

Wondering if there are enough unhappy QuickBooks users, that we can organize a solid protest of price increases while service levels are so atrocious.  I'm sure this isn't what QuickBooks had in mind when they organized this community.

It looks like someone from QuickBooks monitors the messages and reaches out.  I would be delighted to share my thoughts.  Truly delighted:)
