Both Admin and non-restricted standard users can create and send receipts to QuickBooks Online from your iOS or Android device using the QuickBooks Online mobile app. One thing to note is that QuickBooks Online only allows one email to be associated with a user at a time, so when using the receipt capture feature, the email that the receipts come from must match their email that's already entered into the program.
