Yes, Richard. Granting external access to your accountant is possible. If they already have a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, they can immediately view your company after accepting the invite. Otherwise, they'll be routed to a page where they can create a free account.
To outline the steps, here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account as the primary administrator.
- Go to Gear Icon and select Manage Users.
- Select the Accounting Firms tab.
- If you are inviting an accountant for the first time, please enter the accountant's email address and then click Invite Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your account.
