Exporting a document from the app not functioning.

As per instructions, I offloaded the app from iPhone and this procedure did not work. Subsequently uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the iPhone in question but still unsuccessful at exporting documents.

In the meantime, your best option is to go to the App Store and find the contact information of the QuickBooks app developer for further assistance. They have the appropriate tools to check if it can be fixed within a period of time. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Look for the QuickBooks app, then tap it. If you can't find it, tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen, tap Apps > My Apps, tap "Not on this [device]," then select the app.
  3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the Ratings & Reviews section, then tap App Support.

 

Or follow these steps to contact us with your iPhone:

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online app.
  2. Tap the Help icon on the top right corner.
  3. Press the Contact us logo in the pop-up.
  4. Type your question, press confirm, and choose your preferred method to connect (callback, messaging, etc.).

Exporting a document from the app not functioning.

Hi,
 
I’m attempting to export an invoice using the QB app but it freezes blank on the preview doc screen. This occurs also when attempting to export a sales receipt. 
 
In fact another bug has come up as well. I am unable to view any previously attached documents to a transaction such as a sales receipt or an expense. 
 
Also, the app is extremely slow to start up and in some instances it freezes on the initial Intuit page. I need to close the app and re-log in. 
 
I am using an iPhone 14 with 256GB of storage with plenty of storage capacity available so this should not be an issue for using different apps. I am also on the latest iOS update.
