For the online version, I've been getting "Something's not right" and then it's forcing me to change my password. It's happened a few times. I don't understand why.

For the online version, I've been getting "Something's not right" and then it's forcing me to change my password. It's happened a few times. I don't understand why.

It's important you're able to use the program without issues. I'll be happy to give you a hand with this. 

 

First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
