Welcome to Community! It's important that you're able to access your QuickBooks Online account, and get back to business as soon as possible. I'd be happy to help!
When your account falls inactive, you will have one year to access your data and update your billing information to reactivate the account. Here's how;
1. Sign into your account as the Primary Admin
2. If you're not prompted to update your billing information, open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings, then Billing and subscriptions
3. Click on Resubscribe, then enter your updated billing information
4. Hit Resubscribe
