Login as Primary Admin and navigate to Billing and Subscription menu. You should be able to downgrade it to Easy Start or Essentials.

In addition to the valuable information provided by Fiat Lux - ASIA, it's important to note that you won't have an option to downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription, if you have essential features turned on.  In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and open a new company file.  In addition, any discounts on your current plan will be removed.  Here's a valuable guide to assist you with downgrading your QuickBooks Online subscription.
