How do we cancel a salesreceipt?

Hi there, 

 

QuickBooks Online is full of awesome tools to help you manage your business books. It's important that you're able to easily create and remove transactions as you see fit. If you're trying to cancel or delete a Sales Receipt you've created, the process will be so simple. I'll explain the steps below.

 

Here's how to delete a Sales Receipt in QBO: 

 

1. Click the Sales tab on the left navigation menu. 

2. Select All Sales

3. Once you've located the Sales Receipt, click the small triangle drop-down button in the Action column. 

4. Select Delete

 

That's all there is to it. If you've already sent the Sales Receipt via email to your customer, keep in mind that there's no way to reverse or retrieve already-sent emails.
