Having multi-factor authentication is a great way to protect your data and make sure only authorized users have access to it. I'm happy to go over the options for QuickBooks Desktop.
When you create users in QuickBooks Desktop, it's possible to set them up with a password or the program may even require that you give them a password depending on the kind of sensitive information you have in your company file.
