Multi-Factor Authentication is a requirement to ensure your data is safe from fraudulent activity. Intuit QuickBooks is dedicated to guarding your data, from multi-factor authentication to anti-fraud technology. When you're information changes, you can update it within your product. Follow these steps to change your Intuit Account credentials if you’ve already signed in to your QuickBooks Online account:
1. From the dashboard, click on your profile icon next to Settings ⚙, then select Manage your Intuit Account
2. Open Intuit Account Manager, then Sign in & security
3. Click in the Phone section
4. Make the necessary changes
5. Hit Save.
