Hi @Janet H
it is great that you have reached out to the community for assistance. Being in the community in the country you are in will assist in finding the correct answers.
Just to the right of your icon on top of the Quickbooks community page you will see a flag. Click the flag and select Canada (English) or Canada (French).
Reach out back if you have any further questions.

Thanks for the information but I have tried that - click on flag change to Canada click on Sign In sends me to US Community Home page.
Found if I clear cache, restart system, log into Canada Community before logging into QBOA and voila I'm in.
Once I log onto QuickBooks I'm in an infinite loop if I need to search the community or support.
I look at the templates and do not see how to a space for putting the customers purchase order number. Any one tell me how to do this ?
Hello bruce6. Glad to have you chime in on this thread. Here's how to turn on and view the purchase order (PO) number in QBO.
This will display the number field on the form which you can then use on your sales form. Give this a try and let me know what happens. I'll be here.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
