Hi there JulieABCs,
It's vital that all your transactions are properly entered so your sales totals are exact. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help keep track of sales and expenses in order to see the profit of your business. I can provide information about sales.
In order to see invoices once logged into your client's account, navigate to the Sales tab then Invoices. You'll be able to see the invoices your customer created within that tab. You can also select the All sales option in the Sales tab instead to see all sales transaction types.
If the transactions are missing from there, I recommend reaching out to our support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account in the system in order to be able to view the transactions with you in a secure environment. You can reach them using one of these options:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook or Twitter
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
