I cannot get my app to work. When I try to sign in on my phone, it says my account doesn't include access to Online app? Help!

Based on your question, it sounds like you may be trying to access your Self-Employed account using the QuickBooks Online app. QuickBooks Self-Employed is a completely separate program from QuickBooks Online, and the two must be accessed from their own specific applications and websites. Make sure you've downloaded the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, rather than the one for QBO.

 

Alternatively, when you sign into your account using a web browser, you'll want to use the site for QuickBooks Self-Employed accounts here: https://ca.selfemployed.intuit.com/login.
