I cannot save my uploaded logo. I have tried everything I have read, but still does not work. Help please!!!!

A logo is an important part of your brand, and QuickBooks Online is here to help you reflect this on your sales forms. If you're having trouble saving your logo, and you've tried some troubleshooting steps already, try some of the steps listed below. 

First, ensure your logo is a square, rather than a rectangular image. Rectangles aren't accepted for the formatting of your logo in QuickBooks Online. 

 

If you're using a square, the issue may be due to the acceptable file format. The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file. Here's more information about how to upload an acceptable logo: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

 

If you're still having issues, clear the cache and cookies in your web browser and try again. These stored Internet files can build up over time and cause bugs and latency issues in sites like QuickBooks Online. You can also try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in private
