Welcome to Community! Managing your QuickBooks Online account and updating billing information can be done seamlessly. I'll be happy to show you how!
To get started, follow these steps to transfer the billing from your accountant, back to you.
1. Login as the Primary Admin
2. Open Settings ⚙ in the top right and then select Account and settings
3. Click on Billing and subscriptions
4. Hit Transfer the billing to me
5. Review the subscription fee
6. Enter your Payment information
7. Confirm the transfer
Now you're ready to remove and add your accountant by following this guide.

If you are using QB Online, you should ask your current accountant to transfer the Primary Admin role to you. Otherwise, you may need a workaround to get the data to move into a new account as long as you can still login as Company Admin.
