QuickBooks Online is designed with your busy schedule in mind. It's so vital to have control over your account and subscription, and if you've cancelled the wrong account you can easily resubscribe. I'd be happy to explain how to do that, and what to do in regards to the lost payment.
The first step is to resubscribe to the cancelled account. Here's how to do that:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Select Account and Settings.
4. Select Billing and Subscription.
5. Click Subscribe.

Now that you've been able to successfully resubscribe, you can move forward cancelling the correct account.
