I have two subscriptions. I originally signed up for the wrong service. I can't get onto that account and cancel subscription and I keep getting charged for it Help.

Getting charged for an account you didn't intend to sign up for isn't ideal, and I'm glad you're reaching out for help with this. I want to make sure you're pointed in the right direction to make sure you no longer get charged for the account. 

If you're unable to sign into the account because you've forgotten the username or password, simply click the link that says "Forgot user ID or password" on the sign-in page. This will allow you to reset your credentials. If you're able to reset your credentials and you get into the account successfully, you'll then be able to cancel the account by clicking the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Cancel Subscription. These steps apply to a QuickBooks Online account.


If you're able to reset your credentials and you're using QuickBooks Self-Employed, here's how to cancel: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription.

 

If you happen to have signed up for the unwanted account through iTunes or Google Play, you'll have to contact their team directly for help with cancellation.

 

If you're still unable to cancel your account and you can't seem to access the subscription, please reach out to our tech support team for further assistance. An agent will be able to look at your account information to assist you.
