I have two subscriptions. I originally signed up for the wrong service. I can't get onto that account and cancel subscription and I keep getting charged for it Help.

Getting charged for an account you didn't intend to sign up for isn't ideal, and I'm glad you're reaching out for help with this. I want to make sure you're pointed in the right direction to make sure you no longer get charged for the account. 

If you're unable to sign into the account because you've forgotten the username or password, simply click the link that says "Forgot user ID or password" on the sign-in page. This will allow you to reset your credentials.
