I need to file a past bill and it asks me for verification with my password and it is not working. I have changed my password several times now. Please help!!

Welcome to Community!  Being able to access your QuickBooks Online account is vital in keeping with your daily bookkeeping needs.  I'm glad to help!

 

If you're receiving a notification that your password is incorrect, it could be in relation to the email address that you are using.  Please ensure that you're entering the correct email address associated with your user identification, for the account.  It may be that you've registered another email address such as outlook, gmail, hotmail, or other.  

 

If you continue to experience the same outcome, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They'll be able to look into your situation in more depth, and get you back to business as soon as possible!
