Hi there harper_987-,

Welcome to the QuickBooks family! I love that you've subscribed to QuickBooks-Self Employed in order to better account for your business' income and expenses. You've made a great choice! There could be a couple of reasons why you're experiencing the issue that you've explained and I'd like to go over that with you.

If you signed up for QuickBooks with a free 30-day trial, and entered your billing information during the course of the trial, you will still be able to run through the course of the trial without paying for your subscription. You'll only be billed after the trial expires. Since you know you've been charged $6.78 it sounds to me like you may have signed up for more than one account. The account you access on your computer's internet browser may still be on a trial, while the account that's logged in using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app is signed into an account that you've paid for.

One step you can take to remedy this is to sign out and sign back in again, ensuring that you're using the same credentials on both your mobile device and internet browser. You can only have one QuickBooks Self-Employed trial with your email address, so it should be fairly easy to get to the bottom of this. If you're logging into multiple accounts using the same credentials, you may have subscribed to QuickBooks Online instead of or on top of your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

The best way to get to the bottom of this is to reach out to support outside of the Community. Since this is a public forum I cannot collect the necessary details to pull up your account and check on the status of your subscriptions. A QuickBooks-Self Employed agent will be able to gather this information in a real-time chat in order to get to the bottom of this issue for you. Here's how to Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do to assist you. It's important that you're confident you're accessing the service that you paid for.
