I understand that when you open your client’s company from your accountant account, the accountant bar is not appearing

The issue you're experiencing with the Accountant bar not appearing when accessing your client's company through your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account might be related to your web browser, Shahid. We know a couple of quick troubleshooting steps to get this resolved.
