In Workpapers under documents, I get "Something went wrong" and cannot access any documents.

Hi amy45,

 

Making sure you're able to access the features of your QuickBooks Online account when you need to is something we focus on. I'd be happy to help get you back into your Workpapers documents.

 

QuickBooks Online is a web based program that allows you to access your account from anywhere you have internet service. As such when something isn't working as it should the first step is to make sure the web browser is working properly. First thing to do would be to clear your cache and cookies as sometimes some data stored in there can become damaged or corrupted. You can follow the steps in this article in order to clear them. Once that is done try opening QuickBooks Online different browser while using a private browser feature such as Google Chromes Incognito mode. You can also try on a different computer to see if this error continues there as well.

Thanks Nick.  I am very familiar with clearing cache, using a different browser or incognito.  I have completed all of those steps.  This issue has been ongoing for months.  Another team member within my office has submitted some sort of ticket for this, but we're not getting any feedback on the progress of that, hence my attempt to reach out here to see if there's any other advice....

When creating a ticket through our support there are a few options available when it comes to updates on progress. There is the option for no contact, only important update or all updates and they would go to the email address given when the ticket was made. It's best to reach out to our support team to know the information on your tickets as we'd need verify account information which we're unable to do in a public forum such as this. You can reach our support team using one of the methods that were provided above.

If you are unable to access your document read this QuickBooks Company File Not Found, It might help you.
