Just to clarify, are you referring to the new user interface on the web version or changes within the mobile app? Understanding this will help us address your concern more effectively.
If the concern is about the new interface on the web version, you can navigate to the Gear icon and click Switch, which allows you to revert to the previous layout and workflow you're familiar with.
Also, if you’re referring to the View/Edit option not showing on the Customer’s Profile, you can click the burger icons to minimize the menus and expand your screen for a full view. For your reference, I’ve included screenshots below:
