The new update saves after every single input, which is great to fix a previous bug, but takes extra time before editing again. It also used to be easy to click on a customers name to access their info, send an email, text, etc. which I would do to ensure they knew the estimate was on its way. Now I have to go back to the main screen, look up their customer info to be able to do the same. Quotes now take twice as long to send out, this update is horrible and far from user friendly.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the new user interface on the web version or changes within the mobile app? Understanding this will help us address your concern more effectively.
If the concern is about the new interface on the web version, you can navigate to the Gear icon and click Switch, which allows you to revert to the previous layout and workflow you're familiar with.
Also, if you’re referring to the View/Edit option not showing on the Customer’s Profile, you can click the burger icons to minimize the menus and expand your screen for a full view. For your reference, I’ve included screenshots below:

Is that possible to have the old version of the quickbooks. I agree the new update one is horrible compared to the old one, before if I search the name of my clients it will appear how much the total they owe me but now it’s different & it’s hard to use.
I do understand that adjusting to the updated QuickBooks interface may take some time to get used to, @Mcatapia.
