Migration from QB online to QB desktop

I need to switch my QB online company to QB desktop as I have already paid for QB desktop. However the export data doesnt work. It just shows export to excel. How do I migrate

Welcome to Community!  The option to convert your data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop is not available at this time.  I recommend reviewing third party apps for the best fit for your business needs.

Migration from QB online to QB desktop

You can use a migration ttol. i.e TPExporter for Online and TPImporter for Desktop

Another option, purchase a 3rd party service to do so. 

QBO CA to QBO US, QBO US to QBD US, and finally QBD US to QBD CA.
