I did call the 1888 toll free number and really no help they sent a link went on it took me to some calendar page so that not it. I am reaching out now for a few days and not reaching anywhere I NEED HELP so I can use my quickbooks online thanks
Thanks for that update, Charmaine. I can shed some light on the link you were sent that led to a calendar. That sort of calendar link is used to schedule appointments for onboarding, so the agent may have sent it to you if you needed to schedule another appointment. It could be that the original agent you were scheduled to speak with isn't available, so scheduling a new appointment may be the way to go.
I know how important it is to be able to get started in your books as soon as possible so you don't fall behind on your work. I've got a few links that go over getting started in the program that may be useful for you.
Our support teams can also help you with your QuickBooks Online setup, so you're welcome to ask a member of those teams to help with getting started as well. Here are the options to reach support if you'd like to try that route instead.
