The error 'The feature you've requested is temporarily unavailable', has been a previous concern for other QuickBooks Online users and was investigated by our Development Team. However, it has been recently closed. Notations on the investigation suggest clearing cache on the browser, restart your system and then proceed to accept the invitation following the prompts. In addition, I recommend having the users right click on the invitation in their email, then open it in a private or incognito browser. They'll also need to make sure their browser has javascript and cookies enabled.
