I transferred membership from my accountant to myself and resub scribed. I cant sign in, its stuck on "Thank you for your patience We have received your request and we will process your sign-up shortly". I need to run some reports, how do I get back in?

Welcome to Community! Not being able to access your QuickBooks Online account can be extremely concerning. I'd be happy to assist!
If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. Log into your QuickBooks Online account using your Primary Admin email address and password. If you're trying to login from a mobile device, please use a web browser.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

I would like to cancel my subscription to quick bools. I was not satisfied with the fact that I was not able to download my banking information and documents for income tax purposes. I did not find this platform to be user friendly.
Please confirm the cancellation of my subscription.

We are saddened to hear that you felt the need to cancel your QuickBooks subscription. To ensure it's cancelled, you can log into your account and proceed to your Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings, and open the Billing and Subscription tab. You will see the status of your account.
