QuickBooks Time won't integrate to QuickBooks online

Following the instructions on how to sync my QuickBooks Time and my QuickBooks online.

Once I install the integration app, it just keeps saying it can't connect?

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm wondering if it is because the company is still in Demo Mode?
