You should be able to see your invoices in both the Accountant and Business view while using QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the Sales menu, then Invoices.
If you don't have access to your invoices, you can try logging in to QuickBooks using a private window. This way, we can check browser-related issues while working with QuickBooks.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
If you're able to see your invoices, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
Additionally, you can run the Invoice List report to see your invoice transactions. From the Reports tab, look for Invoice List, then open the report. For more tips about running your QBO reports, open this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'm sorry for my very poorly worded question. I meant I am unable to access invoices from intuit for quickbooks online monthly fees. I can see the list of payments in the payment history, but I am unable to click on any of the invoices.

Please be advised that only the Primary Admin has access to your subscription information and billing history. If you have the required permissions, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Gear in the top right of your dashboard
2. Open Account and settings
3. Select Billing and subscription from the left menu
4. Open View payment history
That's it!

Thank you very much for the help guys. I have followed these steps and I am able to see my payment history, but I am unable to obtain the invoices for any of the payments.

Thanks for joining us here. QuickBooks Online invoices are available within product and can be downloaded in PDF format. Payment for your subscription is always for the following month, so if you've recently signed up, the invoice won't be available until the next billing cycle. Your invoices will be sent to your email, for which you can create a folder and keep them organized and easy to locate when needed.
