Currently I am paying out over $200 per month in my subscription charges, for my clients that aren't working, any financial assistance being offered to offset these costs

We need to keep the subscriptions but that is a cost that I can't afford right now with the Covid-19 virus none of my clients can work therefore I can't work.

I have tried several times over the last week to contact somebody from Quick Books and I can never get through.
