Having a customer sign off on a quote or estimate is a great way to ensure that you have their approval to start working on the project at the quoted price. Given that, I can see why you'd be looking for this kind of feature in QuickBooks Online and can go over how the program handles estimates.
QuickBooks Online has a number of ways you can customize estimates so that you can format them the way you'd like. The in-product customization options for sales forms offers a number of changes such as to colour and labelling, but doesn't currently include the option to add a signature line for digital or offline signatures. You could consider the option of creating and importing your own custom styles, meaning you could include a line for signatures if you'd like. Here are articles about those options.
If you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app and hoping to get electronic signatures while you're working directly with a customer, I'm happy to share that that's possible. All it takes is creating or pulling up an estimate in the app and then choose Get signature, which opens up a window on your phone where they can sign right on the screen. That signature image then gets added to the estimate transaction as an attachment, so you'll also be able to see it in the browser after.
Another option is to use a third-party app to manage your estimates and signatures for them. The Apps tab in the left menu of QuickBooks Online provides you the space to research the available options, learn about them, see reviews from others, and the contact information for the app developer if you'd like to learn more.
