Since you're unable to log into the account, I recommend resetting the password instead. In order to change the password, you'd need to be able to access the account. Here's how to reset the password:
- Navigate to the QuickBooks Online sign-in page.
- Click on I forgot my user ID or Password.
- Follow the instructions to reset the password.
