That's a great way to sharpen your skills and show your clients they can count on you when it comes to helping them with their data in QuickBooks. I want to make sure your certificate matches your profile so you can further authenticate your qualifications to clients.

 

When you say the certificate isn't matching your profile, it sounds to me like you might be talking about the spelling of your name. That's an important detail to get right and I'd be happy to show you how to fix it.

 

The name on your certificate corresponds with the name entered on your Intuit profile, so that's the first place to check in this situation. Follow these steps.

  1. Go to accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Enter the same login credentials you use for your QuickBooks Online Accountant account.
  3. Go to the Personal Info section.
  4. Verify the spelling of your name.
  5. If you need to change it, click on the name.
  6. Change the spelling and click Save.

The next steps are to go back to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account and launch a new training session. This triggers the update of your name on the certification and once you close out of the training and go back to the document, it should be correct.

Dear Madam, My name spelling in my intuit profile is matching with my QuickBooks online account. Please guide me how can I launch a new  training session in QuickBooks, because there I can't find that specifics option.

For launching a new training session, you'll want to return to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account, click the ProAdvisor tab, and then navigate to the Training section. I recommend reaching out to technical support outside of Community if you'd like extra guidance.
