I want to upgrade my plan, but the site keeps taking me in circles. It seems impossible to do at this point (and I consider myself very computer literate). Any advice?

Hi there katie-dctree-ca,

It's important that you have the plan that best suits the needs of your business. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of the transactions made so you can see the financials of your business. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with upgrading.

As stated by Fiat Lux - ASIA, one possible cause for this error would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your system and cause issues like the one you're experiencing. Here are some steps to try before doing the upgrade to resolve issues caused by browsing data:

If the error still persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to provide assistance in getting your account to have the subscription level you wish to best manage your books. You can reach out to them using these steps:

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.
