I can understand the setback when errors like the one you're receiving can cause. Having the ability to utilize the amazing banking feature to automatically update your transactions, is a great time saver in keeping your books accurate. However, the recent updates did cause a break in the connection between several financial institutions and QuickBooks Online. Our Development Team prioritized the situation and have resolved the issue.
I suggest clearing cache on your browser prior to logging into your QuickBooks Online account. I'd also recommend private or incognito mode and other browsers such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. In addition, you can manually upload transactions should any unforeseen events take place in the future. I hope you find this beneficial!
