Hi guracine,
Knowing how much you're paying for something is a good way to stay on top of your expenses. Since QuickBooks is easy to navigate, I'll show you how to get a copy of your receipts.
To do this, click on the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > from here you can view the Payment History. There you go! You now know how to get a copy of your subscription receipts.
If there's anything else I can help with, feel free to reach back to me in the comments below. Otherwise, enjoy the rest of your week.
Hi,
I am following the steps, however the payment does not show in the payment history, however, it was charged to my credit card.
Where can I get a copy of the receipt of payment?
Thanks,
Gabriela
