Since it's your QuickBooks Self-Employed trial giving you trouble, I recommend getting in contact with our dedicated support team. The agent will be able to look up your account to see what's happening with the trial while ensuring that your private information is kept safe. By taking a closer look at the back-end of your account, they'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to troubleshoot with you.
The primary way to get in touch with Self-Employed support is through the Assistant feature directly in product, but don't worry, I have another way to reach that team seeing as you're unable to properly log in. Visit the Contact Us page, choose QuickBooks Self-Employed, and fill out the email form to reach an agent.
