I am trying to update my Credit Card because it has expired for my subscription it the QBO system wants Zip Code, City and State from the USA.
Plus there is not a way to get a hold of support over the weekend. QBO is not making this easy.
Does anyone know a way to contact QBO over the weekend to get this resolved?
It is possible you are using QBO US version, not CA version.
I was on a Canadian version when I purchased it. Not sure if QBO made any changes that created this issue?
I am not able to get a hold of anyone until Monday because of the lack of support.
