Updating bank information for Billing & Subscription



I am paying my Quickbooks subscription through direct debit. My bank account details need to be updated, but the UI will just let me update my address and billing address.


How could I update the bank account details (transit number + folio number) in the "Billing & Subscription" tab?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the ability to update your subscription information is vital in keeping your QuickBooks Online account active.  I'd be glad to help!


Here's how to update the payment method;


1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the Primary Admin

2. Open the Settings ⚙, then Account and settings

3. Click on Billing & subscription

4. Select the Edit ✎, next to your Payment method

5. Update your information

6. Hit Confirm card or Save.

Thank you @Trish_T . However, as I said, I am not able to update my bank account information. I guess I will have to start a chat with Support. Thank you for your help
