When your system times out, one of the recommendations would be to clear cache on your browser prior to logging back in. This will help with loading issues that can slow you down. You can also adjust the time limit when you're inactive, to minimize this from happening moving forward. Here's how:
1. From the Gear in the top right, select Account and settings
2. Open Advanced from the left menu
3. Scroll down to Other Preferences
4. Click on the Edit ✎ to the right and use the ▼ dropdown menu to choose your preferred Time range for signing you out if you're inactive.
