Hi there jschell66 and welcome to the Community!
I love that you're making sure the hard work you've put in will translate over to your subscription once your trial period has expired. This is fantastic practice as your time is valualbe and entering your data a second time would be counterproductive. As @Fiat Lux - ASIA outlined in their reply above, you have two options. I'll explain.
If you want to continue using the account you've opened using the option for a 30-day trial complete with all of the data you've entered so far, you'll simply need to subscribe within your Account and Settings to ensure that your subscription remains active once the 30 days has lapsed. Here's how:
What Fiat Lux - ASIA means when they say you can open a new blank account to take advantage of the current discounted rate, is that when subscribing after a trial, you'll automatically be billed the full price for the subscription you choose. We often have discounts or promotions on our products such as 50% - 70% off, but those offers are only available to new subscribers. If it's worth the time it'll take to enter your data again, you can navigate to our Plans & Pricing page and choose your plan to subscribe using the current promotional offer. You'll be able to use the same login credentials by choosing the option to Sign in on the sign up page rather than entering your details again.
If you choose this second option, you'll have to Export Data out of your QuickBooks Online trial company and use the Import feature located by hitting the Gear icon to import the data into your new subscription. Or, you can enter it all manually. There are also third-party Apps that can be used to back up your company file and help you import it into a new subscription. @Fiat Lux - ASIA usually has some great app recommendations, but you can navigate through what's available by going to the Apps menu on the left from within QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else I can do to clarify this for you, please let me know. I want to ensure that this process is as easy as possible!
