We can take a few steps together to troubleshoot and regain your ability to view and match bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Deb.
Sometimes, a browser can accumulate a lot of frequently accessed pages, which could lead to unusual behaviors when accessing bank transactions in QBO. To help resolve this, I recommend opening an incognito window in your browser to access the product with a clean slate.

If your transactions appear, please return to your regular browser and clear the cache for a fresh start. Additionally, switching to other supported browsers could also be worth a shot.
Once everything is fine, it's best to review and categorize your downloaded bank transactions and put them in the correct accounts. Also, regularly review and reconcile your accounts to match your financial statements.

Already cleared browsing history, cookies, cache first, restarted and rebooted and completed all available system updates. Still blank screen below bank transactions section in both the old and new views.
Also tried on newer computer with Windows 11 and a lot more memory and cpu power. Still nothing. It appears others are seeing the same thing. I've been using this app for several years and have made no changes to computers. Every other section of the app works fine and quickly. It's just the banking transactions section that's a problem. I'm suspecting it's something to do with the new AI.
This is a very bad time for QBO for be unreliable with HST and Taxes due!!! Very frustrating!
