Otherwise, if you'd like to cancel your account, follow the steps below:
1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click Billing and Subscription.
4. Select Cancel Subscription.
Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that date, you'll have read-only access to your account for 365 days. This will give you some time to gather and download necessary financial information. After the one-year mark, your account will be automatically deleted permanently from our servers.
