Thanks for contacting your bank. It's true that QuickBooks connects with Manulife Bank Canada. What happens when you try connecting it on your end? Are you getting an error message? If so, could you send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting?
In case you need to urgently upload bank transactions to your QuickBooks account, there's a good article which shows you how to manually import transactions from your bank. Here's the link to it. I'll be here to assist.

That's a great question! Private browsing or incognito mode is a privacy feature in some web browsers that disables browsing history and stored cache and cookies. It's used often in technical troubleshooting to isolate the issue and uncover potential browser-related problems.

I was able to connect with Manulife Bank account but not all the accounts show up. Only check and the Savings account show up and can be linked. The Manulife One account and other Manulife Loan accounts cannot be linked. Please assist.

Let me help share some insights about the missing accounts under Manulife Bank.
There are possible reasons why the accounts were not linked. It could be the account has been closed at the bank and therefore no longer showing up. To resolve this issue, please reach out to our QBSE Specialist so they can check this further using their extra tools.

Have been having the same issues with my Manulife accounts since Manulife updated their website...I talked to a Quickbooks specialist and he told me they are opening an investigation to solve the issue. Hope its going to work soon.
Same issue here. Only materialized in the last few weeks, as my statement linking was accurate and connected until at least Oct. 13, but failed between then and a month end transaction on Oct. 31, 2021. At this point I can't "re-connect" the account. ManulifeID Username and Password are correct (can login to Manulife), but neither that username, nor the account email address, link the Manulife account to QBO.
I'm glad a support ticket has been opened. I've contacted Manulife as well.
Anyone has any news if the issue will resolve soon... it's been almost one year.

I’m looking to subscribe to quickbooks but I use manulife for my bank accounts. Can you confirm that everything’s work for connecting manulife to quickbooks?

It never worked for me. Nor Quickbooks nor Manulife were able to repair the sync problem. It was really frustrating. Îm changing bank.
