Thanks for coming into this forum, BCAtreasurer. These transactions may reappear in the For Review tab due to duplication or being downloaded again. I can help you review and manage these entries.
If these are duplicate entries in your account, you can exclude the transaction to avoid duplication of your financial record. Excluding them won't allow the transactions to show up again in your bank feeds.
- Navigate to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
- In the the Bank transactions tab, open the For Review tab.
- Tick the checkbox of the transactions you want to remove.
- Then, click Exclude.

If this isn't the case, these transactions were re-downloaded in the program. In relation to this, manual imports or deleted entries may allow these data to be downloaded again in your banking feeds.
Thus, it's best to review all banking transactions before categorizing them to the correct account. I'll include this reference for additional guidance: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Once everything looks good, you can start reconciling your accounts to make sure they always match your bank and credit card statements.
Understanding and resolving why a transaction reappears in the review tab is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, BCA treasurer. If you need further assistance, you can always reply on this thread. Have a good one.
